Many times Reme sailed past the island of Kumetis and longed to learn its secrets. Denied by his mentor Marok, he could only look from the safety of a ship...until today. Now the wearer of the Piran's Amulet, Reme would satisfy his curiosity if it killed him. And it just might. No one ever came out of Kumetis alive.
He will find out why...and learn the most terrible truths of the gods of Gethis. And the most important lessons of Life.
Gethis History of a Planet, is a 25,000 year saga of humanity that takes place on a small planet in a remote section of Gamma Quadrant. The Cottage is the future with many great inventions and Evil's Heart is 1000 years earlier. Many novels and short story compilations will build the series, including The Healer, Last Holy Woman of Mida, Peeper (parts 1 and 2)...and many others!
Characters cross paths and lives intersect periodically on this planet of ordinary people living extraordinary lives...where magic isn't necessarily real, but the gods most assuredly ARE!

I don't often review short stories yet this one deserves a mention. You can almost picture a type of hell that exists on an island. Once inside escape is near impossible. What is it's purpose?
This is fast paced and saucy, the descriptive scenes (adult content) are done in very good taste.
Found the book hard to put down, read in two days, loved it.
To the author great work.

Evil Heart Gethis History of a Planet Book 2 edition by TylerRose Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews
A shockingly amazing story! At first it started like a space adventure and regaled into a historic and fantastical ride into the unknown realms of imagination. Brilliant!
Evil's Heart is a little race car of a story, recalling the science fiction of H. Rider Haggard. It tells the story of a seafaring man, reminiscent of Conrad's Marlow, and what he encounters when he sets out to explore an inhospitable island from which few escape alive. The book serves to establish a great deal of information about Gethis, so readers of subsequent stories like Peeper, The Healer or The Cottage will benefit from reading Evil's Heart. But whether you're invested in the world of Gethis or not, Evil's Heart is quick, fun, sinister, suspenseful and sexy, and definitely worth the read.
